01

Acceptance

By accessing, registering on or purchasing through IETA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Vendor Policy and any additional terms shown for a particular product or service.

02

Platform Role

IETA operates as a digital platform that may enable independent vendors to display and sell eligible equine-related products and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract for sale is between the buyer and the identified vendor. The platform is not the manufacturer, veterinarian, transporter or owner of third-party goods.

03

Eligibility and Accounts

Users must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and must provide accurate information. Users are responsible for account security, activity performed through their account and promptly reporting unauthorised access.

04

Products, Pricing and Availability

Vendors are responsible for accurate descriptions, images, prices, stock, safety information, expiry details and legal compliance. Product colours and appearance may vary by device. Prices, promotions and availability may change, but confirmed orders will be handled according to the terms shown at checkout unless cancelled for a genuine error, illegality, unavailability or suspected fraud.

05

Orders and Payments

An order is an offer to purchase and may be accepted or rejected. Payment may be handled by authorised third-party payment providers. Users must not use stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment instruments. Refunds, where approved, will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method.

06

Restricted Conduct

Users must not misuse the website, copy protected content, upload unlawful or misleading material, interfere with security, impersonate others, manipulate reviews, evade fees, distribute malware or use the platform for prohibited products or activities.

07

Content and Intellectual Property

Platform design, branding, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vendors and users retain responsibility for content they upload and grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to host, display, format and promote that content for operating and marketing the service.

08

Reviews and Communications

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain abuse, confidential information, unlawful claims or promotional spam. Service messages may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification or account notice, subject to applicable consent requirements.

09

Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, IETA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, vendor misconduct, courier delay, product misuse or matters outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10

Suspension and Termination

Accounts, listings, payouts or access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address fraud, safety risks, policy violations, legal requirements, disputes or platform security. Where appropriate, the affected user may be asked to provide information or take corrective action.

11

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through customer support. Subject to mandatory consumer-law jurisdiction, courts in the location of the platform’s registered business office will have jurisdiction.
